I have had regence for years and generally like them but this whole thing with the OHSU contract negotiations is making me crazy. 😫 I have my main heart Doc there and I don\'t want to find someone new in 2027. The letter they sent said everything is fine for now but it still feels like a gamble staying with them. The coverage is good otherwise but I hate being caught in the middle of big companys fighting over money. fix it plz!

I\'m on the Medicare plan and I gotta say the pharmacy stuff is great. I get my insulin for $35 now which is a huge help compared to what I was paying a few years ago. I use the mail order service and it arrives early every time. I don\'t usually write reviews but for seniors on a budget this plan has been a literal lifesaver for me. very happy with the cost.

If i could give 0 stars I would for there customer service. I was on hold for an hour just to ask about a $50 copay that should have been $20. The guy who finally answered sounded like he was in a tunnel and didn\'t understand what I was asking. I ended up just hanging up and paying it because my time is worth more than the $30 I was trying to save. totally ridiculous.
