Almost every facility in the Philly area accepts IBX which makes it easy. From a member perspective the coverage is standard BCBS quality. Nothing exceptional but reliably good. The Perks program has some nice wellness incentives.

Had IBX for five years. Good coverage for the greater Philadelphia region. Limited usefulness if you travel frequently or live outside their service area. Within Philly it is excellent. Claims processing is efficient and benefits are clearly communicated.

IBX is the go to insurer in the Philadelphia area. The Keystone HMO plan is affordable and has a good network throughout southeastern PA. My experience with claims has been smooth. The app is decent for a regional insurer. Customer service could be more responsive but overall a solid plan.
