My parents are on Humana Medicare Advantage and they love it. The benefits are generous compared to original Medicare. Dental vision and hearing are included which saves them a lot. The customer service is excellent. Every time they call they get someone helpful who actually resolves the issue. Best customer service of any insurance I have dealt with by proxy.

Had Humana through my employer for two years. Decent network and the premiums were affordable. The app is functional but not the most intuitive. Claims were processed without major issues. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible either. Solid middle of the road experience for commercial plans.
