Arkansas BCBS is the dominant insurer in the state. The network is extensive for Arkansas. Coverage is standard but the digital experience is behind the times. The app is clunky and the website feels like it has not been updated in years. Customer service is fine when you can get through. For the price it is adequate.

Standard coverage for Arkansas. Wide network limited competition. The basics are covered. Do not expect anything fancy.

It is basically the only option in Arkansas so you take what you can get. The coverage is decent and the network covers most providers in the state. Claims are processed without major issues. Just wish they would invest more in their technology and customer experience.
