For context, I've worked at 25+ hospitals as a travel nurse over 8 years. This one ranks in my top 5 for overall experience. It's not the fanciest facility, the pay wasn't the highest, and the city isn't a tourist destination. But the culture of this hospital - the genuine caring for patients and staff, the teamwork, the investment in quality - is exceptional. Sometimes the best assignments aren't the flashy ones.

Daily interdisciplinary rounds on every unit. Some are productive, some are theater.
