This hospital smells clean. I know that's weird to say but some don't.

They do hourly rounding and actually enforce it. Patients notice.

Took a long contract here - 26 weeks. By the end I knew every corner of the building and most of the staff by name. Extended because the culture was genuinely good. Not perfect, but the kind of place where people care about doing the right thing and treat each other with respect. That's not as common as it should be.
