My mother was in the ICU for 2 weeks after a bad fall. The ICU nurses explained every tube, every beep, every medication in terms we could understand. Doctors rounded with family present and encouraged questions. We could visit almost anytime which meant so much. She's home now recovering. This team gave us hope during the darkest days.

The music therapist visited my mother during her hospice stay. Beautiful and healing.

My teen daughter was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. The adolescent psychiatry program here was thorough. Initial evaluation was 90 minutes with the psychiatrist who really listened to her. Medication was started cautiously and therapy was recommended. The follow-up appointments tracked her progress carefully. She's doing much better 6 months later. Mental health care for teens is hard to find but this hospital does it well.
