Had a colonoscopy and endoscopy same day. The GI doc found and removed some polyps. The whole process from prep instructions to the procedure to waking up in recovery was smooth. The nurse in recovery made sure I was comfortable and had something to drink before discharge. Efficient and professional.

Honestly mixed feelings about this hospital. The doctors are clearly skilled and knowledgeable. But the support systems around them are lacking. Scheduling is chaotic, wait times are excessive, the phone system is a nightmare to navigate, and getting test results takes way too long. The clinical care is good but everything else needs work.

My newborn failed the hearing screening at birth and we were referred to the audiology department here. The audiologist was gentle with our infant and thorough with the testing. Diagnosed moderate hearing loss and fitted hearing aids at 3 months old. The early intervention team connected us with resources immediately. Our daughter is now thriving with language development. Early detection and intervention mattered enormously.

The emergency department has a dedicated resuscitation bay. Organized for the worst cases.
