Their rapid response system is the best I've seen at any hospital. Dedicated RRT nurse 24/7 who carries no other assignment. When you call a rapid, they're there in under 2 minutes with a portable workstation, meds, and airway equipment. The RRT nurse is always an experienced ICU nurse. This alone makes the hospital safer. I wish more places would invest in this model.
