Triage is the real deal. Best recruiter I have had in five years of traveling. She responds to texts within minutes not hours. Pay packages are transparent from day one and they never lowballed me. The company culture is excellent and they actually do fun stuff for their travelers like sending care packages during assignments. It sounds gimmicky but it makes you feel valued.

Switched to Triage after a bad experience with a larger agency and it was the best decision I made. My recruiter is honest about what contracts are actually like instead of just selling me on the pay. She told me to avoid one facility because the traveler reviews were bad even though the pay was high. That kind of honesty is rare.

Three contracts so far all great. Pay is competitive and they match competing offers without making you jump through hoops. Benefits are solid including day one health insurance. Only reason I dont give them a perfect score is they are growing fast and I worry they might lose the personal touch as they scale up.

Pediatric nurse here. Triage had more peds specific contracts than most agencies I looked at. My recruiter actually understood the specialty and didnt try to push me into adult med surg to fill a slot. That alone sets them apart. Pay was great facility was great. No complaints.
