TNI is nurse owned and you can tell the difference. They understand what we go through because the people running the company have actually done the job. My recruiter was a former travel nurse herself which meant she knew exactly what questions to ask and what concerns to address. Pay was competitive and the first time traveler bonus was a nice touch.

PACU nurse here. TNI had great options for my specialty and the pay was among the highest I was offered. Day one benefits including health dental and vision. The 401k enrollment starts immediately too. My recruiter was thorough and communicative. Five contracts and counting.

My recruiter was great during the sales pitch, but once I was on-site, I couldn\'t get a hold of anyone. Felt like just another number in their system.

My first contract went great, but my second one was canceled by the hospital. I felt like the agency didn\'t have much of a backup plan for me, and I was left scrambling for housing.

Love that this place is nurse-owned. It shows in the way they talk to you they actually get the stress of the floor. Pay is transparent and the day-one insurance is a huge plus.
