TNAA is the gold standard in my opinion. They take a full team approach where you have separate people handling recruiting payroll housing and licensing. It sounds complicated but it actually means each person is an expert in their area. I never have to explain my licensing situation to my recruiter because the licensing specialist already handles it.

Been with TNAA for three years and four contracts. They cover your prep costs including physicals and immunizations which adds up if you are doing multiple assignments a year. The 24 7 clinical support is legit too. I called at 2 am once with a patient concern and got a clinical nurse on the line within five minutes.

Pay is competitive and transparent. They break down every component of the package without me having to ask. Recruiter is excellent and has never pushed me toward a contract I wasnt interested in. Only downside is they are picky about experience requirements. You need solid references and at least two years to get the best contracts.
