Two contracts with Skyline both positive. The recruiter knew the facilities well and gave me honest assessments including which units to avoid. Pay was above market on both contracts. Only downside is limited geographic coverage.

Highly recommend. Small company that cares about its travelers. The communication is excellent and the pay is transparent. They might not have every location covered but what they do cover is top tier.

The onboarding process with Skyline was honestly kind of a mess. I understand healthcare compliance takes time, but there were so many emails going back and forth asking for the same documents more than once. At one point I had already submitted a form and they asked for it again like it had disappeared. It eventually worked out and I did start my assignment, but the process felt really disorganized and stressful.

The onboarding process took longer than expected. There was a lot of back‑and‑forth with compliance documents, and it felt a little disorganized.
