RT here. MAS had some good respiratory therapy contracts in New England that I couldnt find through bigger agencies. The pay was fair and my recruiter was responsive. Smaller company feel which I prefer over the corporate agencies. They actually know your name.

MAS is great for therapy and rehab assignments. They have a strong niche in PT OT and SLP travel contracts. The recruiter I worked with specialized in therapy staffing and actually understood the differences between settings. Pay was competitive for therapy contracts.

Two contracts through them both in the northeast. Good agency for that region. Limited presence elsewhere. Recruiter was solid and benefits were standard. Nothing to complain about.
