Fusion has a great culture that you can actually feel as a traveler. They send you a welcome box when you start a new contract and do little things that make you feel like more than just a number. My recruiter genuinely cares about my career goals not just filling a slot. Pay is competitive and the contracts are well vetted.

Started traveling with Fusion right out of my first year of experience. They have a student outreach program that helped me prepare for what to expect. My recruiter held my hand through the whole process in the best way possible. Highly recommend for first time travelers.

Solid agency with a good reputation for a reason. Three contracts all went smoothly. Pay was competitive and the recruiter was proactive about lining up my next assignment before the current one ended. The community aspect they promote is actually real. They host events and have active social media groups for travelers.

Great agency based in Omaha so they have a really strong presence in the midwest. If you want contracts in Nebraska Iowa Kansas or surrounding states they probably have the best selection. West coast options exist but are more limited.
