The single point of contact model is a game changer. Instead of dealing with five different departments I have one person who handles everything. My recruiter knows my payroll my compliance my housing everything. It makes the whole process so much smoother. Pay is competitive and they have a solid selection of contracts.

FlexCare was recommended by a friend and I see why. The recruiter model really works well when you get a good one. Mine was on top of everything and proactive about finding me contracts that matched my wishlist. Pay was fair and the facilities were quality. Highly recommend.

Good agency with a great concept. The one recruiter handling everything works well most of the time but if your recruiter is out sick or on vacation things can stall because nobody else has context on your situation. It happened to me once and it took three days to get a simple question answered. Minor issue but worth noting.
