Fastaff is for experienced travelers who want to make money. Period. The contracts are often rapid response or crisis assignments with 48 hour weeks and high pay. It is not for the faint of heart. The facilities can be chaotic and you are expected to hit the ground running. But if you want to maximize income they are hard to beat.

Made more money in eight weeks with Fastaff than I did in three months with my previous agency. The trade off is the work is intense and the facilities are often understaffed which is why they need rapid response nurses in the first place. My recruiter was straightforward about what to expect. No sugarcoating.

Not for new travelers. The contracts are high stress high reward. I have done three Fastaff assignments and each one was challenging but the pay was outstanding. They deploy fast and expect you to be ready. If you want easy assignments look elsewhere.
