CHG runs a few different brands under their umbrella so your experience might vary depending on which division you end up with. I worked through their CompHealth side and it was excellent. My recruiter was probably the best I have ever had in ten years of traveling. Always available always honest about what contracts were actually like. They dont just sell you on the highest pay they make sure the facility is a good fit.

Applied for a position and was placed within a week. Fastest turnaround I have experienced. The compliance team was thorough but efficient and I never felt like I was drowning in paperwork. Good experience overall. Would use them again.

Solid company but definitely more geared toward physicians and locum tenens than travel nursing specifically. I felt like the nursing side was a bit of an afterthought compared to their physician staffing. That said the pay was fair and the contract was exactly as described which is more than I can say for some other agencies.
