Switched to Axis after years with larger agencies and the difference is night and day. The level of care and attention I receive is on another level. They have pet insurance and even help with pet moves during relocations. The pay is competitive and they have a 401k match that vests immediately. Just an excellent all around agency.

Axis treats you like a rock star and I mean that literally. They call their travelers rock stars and actually back it up with the service. My talent scout which is what they call recruiters was incredible. Personalized attention competitive pay and they handled every detail of my onboarding. Best agency I have ever worked with hands down.

Three contracts all exceptional. The compliance process was seamless and my talent scout lined up contracts before my current ones ended. No gaps no stress. Pay has been at or above market rate for every assignment. I tell every traveler I meet to check them out.

ICU RT here. Axis had great critical care contracts and the support during my assignments was top notch. The 24 7 support line is staffed by people who actually know what they are doing. Had a question about a ventilator protocol at 3 am and got a knowledgeable response within ten minutes.
