PICU nurse. Ardor had a great pediatric ICU contract that bigger agencies didnt have. My recruiter was fantastic and really listened to what I was looking for. Pay was above what I expected. Small agency with big agency contract access.

Two contracts both positive. They are not the biggest agency out there but the personal attention makes up for it. Recruiter checked in regularly and was always available when I needed something. Good pay and solid facilities.

Ardor surprised me in a good way. I hadnt heard of them before but a friend recommended them and the experience was solid. My recruiter was responsive and the pay was competitive. They have a good selection of contracts and the onboarding was efficient. Definitely an underrated agency.
