Did a med surg contract in Phoenix through them last fall. Facility was understaffed which was stressful but thats not really on the agency. What I will say is when I had an issue with my housing stipend being short on my first check my recruiter handled it within 48 hours. Ive worked with agencies that take weeks to fix payroll stuff so that was a nice surprise. Would use them again for the right contract.

Left after one contract honestly. The onboarding was fine and my recruiter seemed knowledgeable but when it came time to negotiate pay it felt like pulling teeth. I asked for a full breakdown three separate times before I got one. Other agencies just hand that info over on the first call. The facility itself was great but that was more about the hospital than the agency.

Been with them for about two years across three contracts now. Biggest upside is the sheer number of jobs available especially if you are flexible on location. My recruiter has been solid but I have heard from other travelers that it really depends on who you get assigned to. Pay is middle of the road compared to smaller agencies but the consistency of having a new contract lined up before my current one ends is worth it to me.

First time traveling and went with them because of their size. Figured a bigger company would have better support and more options and that turned out to be mostly true. Credentialing team stayed on top of everything and I never had a gap between assignments. Only complaint is the benefits package is just okay nothing special. But the 401k match is decent if you stick around long enough.
