Saw a sentinel event handled with transparency and systemic improvement, not blame. Impressed.

Cardiac rehab outpatient assignment. Monitored patients during exercise, provided education on heart-healthy living, and ran stress tests. Unique patient relationships since they come in 3x per week for 12 weeks. The cardiologists were collaborative and the exercise physiologist was great to work with. Excellent work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or call.
