Scrub Informer is a review platform that helps:

• Healthcare workers share honest workplace experiences about facilities, departments, and staffing agencies
• Patients share care experiences about healthcare facilities, departments, and insurance providers

Our mission is to create transparency in healthcare through honest, anonymous reviews.

2. Who Can Use This Site

To use Scrub Informer, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your password secure
• Create only one account (no fake accounts or duplicate accounts)
• Not impersonate others

If you’re under 18, you may not create an account or use our services.

3. Your Account

Creating an Account

When you create an account, we collect:

• Valid email address
• Secure password (minimum 8 characters)
• Username (displayed publicly with your reviews)

You’ll need to verify your email to activate your account.

Account Security

Account Termination

What You CANNOT Post

• False information or fake reviews

• Personal information about staff members (full names, addresses, phone numbers)
• Harassment or threats toward any person or entity
• Spam or promotional content
• Sexually explicit content
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, etc.
• Copyrighted material you don’t have rights to use

HIPAA Compliance

⚠️ Important for Healthcare Workers:

If you’re a healthcare worker, never share protected health information (PHI) about specific patients, including:

• Patient names or identifying details
• Medical record numbers
• Specific medical conditions or treatments

You can discuss general workplace conditions without violating patient privacy.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review flagged content
• Edit or remove content that violates these Terms
• Remove reviews we believe are fake or manipulated
• Suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate our policies

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we respond to reports from our community.

Reporting Content

6. Intellectual Property Rights
