IEHP serves Riverside and San Bernardino counties with Medi-Cal and Medicare coverage. For a public plan they are very well run. Customer service is responsive and the member resources are excellent. Finding specialists in the Inland Empire can be tough but that is more of a provider shortage issue than an insurance issue.

Two years on IEHP Medi-Cal. Good coverage for the area. Provider network is adequate in the major cities. Customer service has been helpful. Solid public plan.

Good public plan for the Inland Empire. IEHP has invested in community health initiatives and it shows. The coverage is comprehensive for Medi-Cal. Member events and health education resources are a nice bonus. Customer service is friendly and multilingual.
