L.A. Care is the largest public health plan in the country and they serve a critical role in LA County. For Medi-Cal members the coverage is comprehensive and accessible. Finding providers can sometimes be a challenge but L.A. Care has been improving their network. Customer service is available in multiple languages which matters in LA.

L.A. Care gets a lot right for a public health plan. The coverage is comprehensive for Medi-Cal and the network has been adequate for my needs. Customer service could be faster but they are handling millions of members.

As a Medi-Cal member L.A. Care has been good for my family. Pediatric care is well covered and we have not had trouble finding doctors for the kids. Pharmacy coverage is solid. The community resource center provides great information about available benefits beyond just health insurance.
