BCBS MN is a strong insurer. The network includes Mayo Clinic which is a huge draw. Claims processing has been excellent in my experience. The app is well designed and customer service is consistently helpful. One of the better BCBS affiliates I have had. Premiums are reasonable for the quality of care you can access.

Three years on BCBS MN. Top tier coverage with a great network. Claims are processed quickly. No major complaints. One of the best insurance experiences I have had.

Excellent insurer for Minnesota residents. The network is comprehensive and includes world class institutions. Customer service is above average. The wellness programs are well designed with real incentives. Would highly recommend for anyone in MN.
