BCBS Louisiana is the largest insurer in the state. The network includes Ochsner and most major health systems. Coverage is standard. My experience with customer service has been mixed. Some reps are great others seem uninformed. Claims processing is average. For the Louisiana market it is a reasonable choice.

Standard Louisiana health insurance. The BCBS network is the widest in the state. Coverage is adequate. Nothing remarkable in either direction.

Default insurer in Louisiana. Wide network decent coverage. The premiums are what they are. Not the best digital experience but the basics are covered. Claims are processed without major drama.
