Decent insurer for AZ residents. The network covers the major metro areas well. Rural coverage is thinner. My experience has been average overall. No major complaints but nothing that stands out as exceptional.

BCBS Arizona is a solid option in the state. Good network that includes Banner Health and Dignity Health systems. Claims processing is average. The app is functional. Customer service could be more responsive. Premiums are competitive with the other Arizona insurers.

Two years on BCBS AZ. Fine for basic coverage needs. The provider network in Phoenix and Tucson is good. Claims have been handled without issues.
