BCBS TN is the largest insurer in the state. Good network including Vanderbilt and all the major health systems. Claims processing has been reliable. The app is decent and customer service is helpful. Premiums are reasonable for the coverage. Solid choice for Tennessee residents.

Three years on BCBS TN. Consistent and reliable coverage. Provider directory is accurate. Claims are processed in a reasonable timeframe. No complaints.

Good insurer for TN. The network is comprehensive statewide. My experience with claims has been positive. No major denials or surprises. The wellness programs offer some nice incentives. Would recommend.
