Had Regence in Oregon for two years. Solid coverage with a good provider network. The digital experience could be better compared to national carriers but the core insurance product is good.

Decent BCBS option for the Pacific Northwest. Not as dominant as Premera in WA but strong in Oregon. The network is good and coverage is comprehensive. No major complaints. Just a reliable insurer that does what it is supposed to do.

Regence covers OR UT ID and WA. Good regional insurer with a solid network. My experience in Oregon has been positive. Claims are processed without drama and the provider network includes all the major health systems. The app is functional but not the most polished. Customer service is average.
