Premera is the top insurer in Washington state. Great network that includes all the major health systems. The app is modern and well designed. Claims processing has been smooth. Customer service is above average. Strong choice for Pacific Northwest residents.

Three years on Premera in Washington. No major complaints. Claims processed on time providers are easy to find and the benefits are clearly explained. Premiums are reasonable for the market.

Best insurer in the PNW in my opinion. Comprehensive coverage with a wide network. The Heritage plan is a good value option. Mental health coverage has been solid which matters a lot. Would recommend without hesitation.
