BCBS Michigan is basically the default insurer here. Everyone accepts it. The coverage is comprehensive and claims are handled efficiently. The app could use some updating but it gets the job done. Customer service wait times can be long but the reps are knowledgeable.

Three years on BCBS Michigan. Reliable coverage that just works. Never had a claim denied unfairly. The provider directory is accurate and comprehensive. Standard BCBS experience which is to say consistently good.

Dominant insurer in Michigan with the widest network in the state. My experience has been positive overall. Claims are processed on time and the benefits are clear. The only downside is the premiums keep climbing but that is true everywhere. Good solid coverage.
