Had a bad reaction to a medication and went to the ER. They recognized the symptoms immediately and started treatment right away. The ER doctor consulted with a specialist by phone who provided guidance. I was monitored for several hours before being discharged. The follow-up plan was clear and my PCP was notified automatically through the system. Efficient emergency care.

Wheelchair access could be better. Hard to navigate as a disabled patient.

Dental surgery at their oral surgery center. Had 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia. The oral surgeon was professional and the anesthesia team was great. Recovery area was comfortable and they didn't rush me. Went home with good pain management plan. Swelling was expected but manageable. No complications.
