Speech therapist here. Supplemental has been great for school placements. Tons of options and the pay for school contracts is competitive. The hospital side of things I cant speak to but for allied health and school based positions they are solid. My recruiter specialized in therapy which made a huge difference.

They have a really strong school nurse and therapy division if thats your thing. For hospital based travel nursing they are okay but not outstanding. Pay was average and the recruiter was friendly but clearly juggling too many travelers at once. Sometimes I had to follow up multiple times to get answers.

Average experience. Nothing bad happened but nothing great either. They got me placed and paid on time. The job board is decent. Recruiter was responsive enough. Just a very middle of the road experience.
