Did two contracts through them last year. First recruiter was awesome and always picked up the phone and fought for me when the facility tried changing my schedule last minute. Got reassigned to a new recruiter on my second contract and the communication was night and day. Pay was competitive both times though. They definitely have the jobs just hope you get a good recruiter.

Respiratory therapist here just finished my first travel contract with them. Onboarding was honestly smoother than I expected for a company this size. Housing stipend was fair for the market. My one gripe the listing said 36 hrs per week but the facility had me down for 48. Took my recruiter almost two weeks to get it sorted. Read every line of your contract before you sign.

I had a difficult time getting responses from my recruiter when problems came up with my assignment. The company is huge, which means you sometimes feel like just another number. If you’re a first-time traveler, you might want more personal support.

I signed up expecting consistent communication and support, but it felt disorganized and frustrating. I had issues with the hiring process and didn’t feel like my concerns were addressed quickly. Wouldnt recommend.
